Our FIST-certified fitters will work with you to establish the most efficient and aerodynamic riding position based on your flexibility and the type of events you ride. Self-selection is a fundamental concept of FIST; the fitter acts as a facilitator, moving the rider through a series of positions, and using feedback from the rider to select the ideal position. In particular, the fitter will spend a considerable amount of time establishing the proper cockpit length and hip angle.

Retul:

Measurements made by traditional tools have one thing in common: they are subject to human error and therefore can be devastatingly inaccurate. Even slight inaccuracies can completely change the rider’s feel after a ride. The general rule is that if you feel pain, something can probably be changed to eliminate that pain. Retül uses motion capture technology that accurate to within less than a millimeter, creating true objective data which can be utilized by the right fitter for the perfect biomechanical fit.

CompuTrainer SpinScan

The SpinScan Pedal Stroke Analyzer helps you increase power and efficiency. It provides a graph representing one full pedal revolution. The left/right leg percentage power splits give you the feedback needed to pedal in circles. It will identify spots in the pedal stroke where optimal power is not transferred to the drive train. A dynamic bike fit using SpinScan is an excellent way to take the subjectivity out of the bike fit process.
